Lead Frontend Engineer

First City Monument Bank (FCMB)

Leading a team of frontend engineers across FCMB's enterprise banking applications, driving frontend architecture decisions and engineering best practices bank-wide.

  • Led the FCMB Group website redesign end to end, shipping a faster, more accessible corporate presence.
  • Shipped a digital Account Opening platform with NIN, BVN, and NRBVN verification for local and diaspora customers, lifting digital onboarding over 40%.
  • Extended FCMB FastCash into a digital lending platform open to non-customers, growing digital loan adoption by roughly 30%.
